Dena Jackson is a Keynote Speaker, Author and the Creator of Self Help Me, a workplace wellness program. Having trained as a professional comedian for thirteen years, Dena uses a comedic approach in her keynote presentations, workshops and retreats while sharing how holistic wellness practices can alleviate stress and anxiety.

As a performer, she has been part of the New York Comedy Festival, Just for Laughs, the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, and her comedy albums are regularly featured on the CBC and on Sirius XM Radio. 

Dena completed her 200-hour teacher training at Kashish Yoga School in Goa, India and her instructor certification at the Mindfulness Society of Canada. She is also a Certified Reiki Master and Breathwork Facilitator who hosts the “Self Help Me” podcast on Spotify, Apple and the Sonar Network. Her new book, also called “Self Help Me,” will be available in October 2025.
